Well, you’re probably wondering who this crazy weblog is run by, so I’ll begin my tirade. My name is Anthony Cole and I’m the guy that runs this thing they call a weblog.Where did the crazy name come from? Well, it’s simple. Deus means God, and excelsior means ever-higher. Yes, I’m a Christian. Right now you’re probably thinking that I’m nuts.Let’s put it this way: I don’t care. Some people think I’m crazy. Other people think that I’m intelligent. But there was this guy named John Wooden who said the following:
Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are.
Up until recently, I had spent most of my life in the place they call Silicon Valley. But as of January 2007 I relocated to Bondi Beach, Sydney, NSW, Australia.
The real point of this blog is to record my thoughts on life in general and my faith, nothing else.
